Dawn Holding

With over 25 years' experience of the hospitality industry - including as North East and Midlands Sales and Marketing Manager for the Virgin-owned group of four-star country house hotels and as marketing consultant for restaurateurs Paul Heathcote and Raymond Blanc - Dawn is a knowledgeable specialist in her market sector. She now runs her own highly successful hospitality marketing company, Spirit Marketing. Working throughout the North West and beyond, she has built up a portfolio of clients from both public and private sectors, embracing operations of all sizes - from independent stand-alone bars and restaurants to major hotel and catering groups. Dawn's skills cover a wide range of specialisms, from corporate branding, interior décor and menu planning through to major launches and events, advertising and marketing, special promotions – and all activities that encourage increased footfall, improved performance and enhanced profitability for clients.

Graham King

The principal of The PR People, is a media relations consultant whose press experience began on regional morning and evening newspapers in Sheffield and Brighton. He left print journalism in 1975 to become a civilian press officer for the Police Service and was part of the press office team that handled international media enquiries during the Yorkshire Ripper murder investigation. For Granada Television he publicised over 100 regional and network programme titles from the current affairs flagship World in Action to the soap opera Coronation Street. He left in 1993 to set up The PR People. Graham King is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
